The Tennessee Titans have parted ways with General Manager Ran Carthon following a 3-14 season and a disappointing 9-25 record over the past two years. Owner Amy Adams Strunk expressed her dissatisfaction with the team’s performance and emphasized the need for change. Head Coach Brian Callahan will remain in his role, while Chad Brinker, President of Football Operations, will lead the search for a new GM. Although the new general manager will oversee daily roster decisions, Brinker will retain ultimate authority. Carthon, hired in 2023, failed to improve the team, which missed the playoffs after suffering six consecutive losses.
