2025 kicks off with great intensity for rally drivers in Mexico, and Ricardo Cordero already has his main goals set for the season 🚀. One of his biggest challenges will be his entry into the Canadian Rally Championship (CRC), where he aims to claim the title, as well as going for his seventh victory in the legendary Carrera Panamericana 🌍🏁.
🗣️ “We are already focused on this year’s projects, adjusting schedules and strategies. It will be complicated due to overlapping events, distance, weather, logistics, and of course, mechanical work. We are joining the Canadian Rally Championship 100%. In 2014, we competed in some rounds and proved that we can win. We did it recently, and now we will aim to be champions in all eight rounds of the calendar,” emphasized Cordero 🔥🏅.
🔴 La Carrera Panamericana is also a top priority in his plans, as 2025 could see him equal the record set by the legendary Pierre de Thoisy 🏆. Additionally, he will balance his calendar with the Nacam Rally Championship, where he will chase the 2025 title alongside Team 399 Tactical | GHR Motorsport Edox 🏁🔧.

On the national scene, Cordero confirmed his participation in select rounds of the Mexican Rally Championship, depending on calendar availability. The team is already working intensely in the workshop with the Citroën and the iconic Malditillo, both of which will see plenty of action in 2025 ⚙️🏎️.
