Jaguars Bet on James Gladstone

At just 34 years old, James Gladstone has been named the general manager of the Jacksonville Jaguars. The former Los Angeles Rams scouting executive will now take on this key role, aiming to elevate the Jaguars into one of the top teams in the NFL.

Gladstone served as the Director of Scouting Strategy for the Rams since 2019, having been with the franchise since 2016. He was regarded as one of the key figures in talent evaluation, contributing to the team’s roster-building success.

Now, Gladstone joins a new leadership group in Jacksonville, including head coach Liam Coen, rookie offensive coordinator Grant Udinski, rookie defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile, and executive vice president Tony Boselli. This marks the beginning of a new era for the Jaguars, as they look to move on from a disastrous season, in which they finished 4-13.
