In a game where there were no touchdowns and only 18 points were scored by the two teams, the Los Angeles Rams obtained an important victory over the San Francisco 49ers. Four field goals were enough for the Rams to beat the 49ers’ two field goals, resulting in a 12-6 score. Although this game lacked a great spectacle, the Rams achieved an important victory for the playoffs, as with an 8-6 streak, they equaled the Seahawks in victories, but remain in second place in the NFC West by one more loss than the Seattle 49ers. On the other hand, the 49ers are beginning to see their hopes of entering the postseason sink, as with this loss, they have a 6-8 against being last in this same division and with little chance of recovering.
