The Chicago Bears announced yesterday the firing of head coach Matt Eberflus. This after the loss they suffered on Thanksgiving against the Detroit Lions, where a decision by Eberflus doomed the result against the Bears. Thus, the former coach left Chicago with a 14-32 record in two seasons. One of the worst records in franchise history. The team’s offensive coordinator, Thomas Brown, will assume the position of interim coach, according to the team’s press release.
