With a new image, more support, and a firm determination to fight for the championship, Valeria Aranda is ready to take on the 2025 Trucks México Series season. The talented Mexico City driver will make her debut in the series on March 2 at the Súper Óvalo Potosino, a track where she aims to start strong on her path to the title.
“This year, we’re going all in” 💪, she stated. “We have worked incredibly hard to be in the fight for the championship” 🏆. “It’s our fifth season in the category, and we know we have what it takes to be at the front.”
Aranda will be behind the wheel of the #27 truck, backed by Bizzarro, Telecom District, Iure Lex, Restaurant Cluny, and Fonelli.
🔥 EXPERIENCE AND RENEWAL: THE KEY TO SUCCESS
2024 was a learning year for Valeria Aranda, who, despite showing great performance on the track, was unable to complete all the races, preventing her from reaching her goal. However, in 2025, the story will be different.
“Last year, we had to miss a race, and that took us out of contention” 🏁, she explained. “Now, thanks to our sponsors’ support, we’ll compete for the full season and aim to make the playoffs.”
🏎️ GOAL: A PODIUM AT THE SÚPER ÓVALO POTOSINO
The first stop on the calendar will be at the Súper Óvalo Potosino, a challenging circuit due to its size and configuration, making race strategy a crucial factor.
“Our goal is to start with a Top 3 finish” 🥉, she stated. “We finished last season strong with a podium in Mexico City, and we want to replicate that performance in San Luis Potosí. We’ve worked hard to achieve it.”
🚦 PATIENCE AND STRATEGY: KEY FACTORS
With a short and technical track, lapped cars can become a major challenge during the race, so Aranda knows that a strong qualifying and smart race strategy will be essential for a good result.
“You need a lot of patience and a cool head” ❄️, she explained. “It’s an oval where you can’t get desperate because overtaking is difficult, and a mistake can cost you key positions. We’ll focus on running a clean and strategic race.”
