Barcelona perdió contra Las Palmas

Bitter birthday, Barcelona lost against Las Palmas

Barcelona did not celebrate its 125th anniversary as they would have liked, as in the game where they commemorated this date, the Catalan team lost 1-2 against Las Palmas. The goals were scored by Sandro at 49′ and Fábio Silva at 67′ for the visitors, while Raphinha scored the blaugranas’ goal at 61′. This result put Barça’s lead in jeopardy, as, should Real Madrid win their match against Getafe, Los Merengues would be only one point behind Barcelona, with a game in hand. Vertappen sancionado en Qatar

Verstappen won pole position, but due to penalty, Russell will start first in Qatar

The newly crowned champion at the last Las Vegas Grand Prix (GP), Max Verstappen, premiered his accolade at the Qatar GP with pole position, unfortunately for him, he was penalized after Q3 and lost this position. Due to an incident with George Russell in Q3, where the Dutchman was on his slow lap, waiting for his last chance to set a time, Russell was in full qualifying and met Max on the track, the Briton had to make a maneuver to avoid the Red Bull, which sent him to the gravel for a few moments. Later, the FIA, in a document, specified that the “car number 1 was driving unnaturally slow considering the circumstances”. Because of this, Verstappen will start from second position, behind Russell himself, who had achieved the second fastest time in Qatar. Crazy Game! Chiefs Edge Out the Raiders in a Narrow Victory

The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 19-17 in a dramatic Black Friday showdown. Despite nearly losing their early lead, a critical Raiders mistake secured the reigning champions’ victory. Once again, the Kansas City Chiefs found a way to prevail in a game that became far more challenging than expected. Thanks to a fortunate turn of events, they managed to edge out the Las Vegas Raiders 19-17.     In this Black Friday matchup, the reigning champions faced tense moments as they came dangerously close to losing a game they had firmly controlled with a 16-3 lead in the third quarter. Before the third quarter ended, the Raiders narrowed the gap with a touchdown, bringing them within six points of the Chiefs. That margin disappeared early in the fourth quarter with another touchdown by the visitors, giving the Raiders a 17-16 lead. The Chiefs responded with a field goal to regain a slim advantage, but with the Raiders mounting one final drive and needing only to reach field goal range to win, the Chiefs were staring down a potential defeat.     A Last-Minute Miracle The game took a dramatic turn in the Raiders’ final drive. They methodically advanced to the Chiefs’ 31-yard line and were just one yard away from a first down, well within striking distance of field goal range. But with the clock working against them, disaster struck for the Raiders.     In a miscommunication during the snap, quarterback Aidan O’Connell wasn’t prepared, and the ball hit his right shoulder before falling loose. The Chiefs quickly recovered the fumble, sealing a hard-fought victory. Cover photo: X (@Chiefs)
