🚀 AN ELECTRIFYING NEW ERA
Formula E is back, promising a thrilling 2025 season filled with cutting-edge technology. The Hankook E-Prix of Mexico City, set for January 11 at the iconic Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, will host Round 2 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship.
🌟 GEN3 EVO MAKES ITS MEXICAN DEBUT
For the first time, the revolutionary GEN3 Evo will hit Mexican soil after debuting in São Paulo. This groundbreaking race car boasts impressive features, including 0 to 60 mph acceleration in 1.82 seconds, all-wheel drive, and tires made with 35% recycled materials. Its design emphasizes sustainability, featuring ethically sourced batteries that minimize environmental impact.
📈 CHAMPIONS UNDER THE SPOTLIGHT
The Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez has a special magic for champions. In the last two seasons, winners of the Mexico City E-Prix also claimed the world title. This year, reigning champion Pascal Wehrlein seeks redemption after his dramatic flip in São Paulo. Meanwhile, championship leader Mitch Evans aims to repeat his Brazil success.
🌿 SUSTAINABILITY LEADS THE WAY
Formula E reinforces its commitment to the environment. This year, the event will be powered by 100% renewable energy, cutting CO2 emissions by 90%. Additionally, social initiatives like the Better Futures Fund will support local organizations such as El Caracol, which will receive €25,000 for its educational project.
👩🔧 INITIATIVES FOR EQUALITY
The FIA Girls on Track program aims to inspire young Mexican women to pursue careers in engineering and motorsports. During race week, STEM workshops and activities will involve 270 young women, fostering greater inclusion in motorsport.
